New to me boat!

More and more I realize that I'm not buying these boats so much as renting them.  Even if this boat is not perfect for me I should be able to sell it and come out better than if I rented it.  Buying used boats is a bargain but there are draw backs.  I've been waiting for one of these for more than a year and it will take some work to bring it up to my standards of usability.
